Agave Espadín that has 8 years old. The pineapples are carefully selected to meet the best quality standards. It has a translucent pearly body. Harvested between February and April, generating a higher concentration of sugar in the pineapple and therefore a slightly sweeter and smoother flavor.
Distilled in a copper still and fermented in wood.
